I love the vibe of this Blue Stars show. Very icy with all the bells.

I love the props. They add cool verticality to the show without being too intrusive.

As long as it doesn’t affect their amplification or the band in a negative way, then I think it could work out well. The band and guard is taking full advantage of the newly opened field space and the stage behind the pit is a nice touch that doesn’t detract from the movement of the band.

I do wish the color of the guard uniform was more drastically different than the band. They kind of blend in too much.

I’m loving Crown so far! I don’t care about placements so I’m just glad that it’s a fun show.

I...agree. I know it’s early but I have very mixed feelings, and the trombone feature seems forced. I absolutely love some of the music but I don’t really see the Valkyrie theme connected visually/musically in a pleasing way aside from all of the aggression that just reminds me of a Beast 2.0. The guard seems SO much better than last year and I love them in this new more fast paced show. I really think the rest of the show will grow on me as it gets cleaned.

I commend Crown for sticking to a tight musical book this year by picking only 4 pieces. So many groups pick upwards of 7 songs and it sometimes leads to an incoherent final product. (Beast)
