  8. ng....

Yes I put a lot of time into X this year- but it continues to be a one woman show. I don't see how their program can go beyond where it is operating like that.

So...I always wanted to march with the Brigs (like many Skyliners have in the past). IT would be exciting for me to help build the corps again.

So those are my plans. If no Brigs, another ...

  9. Hi Holly

Thanks for getting back to me. Not sure why you can't reply to my emails - that is weird. I bet it is hard to Direct and March. Guess this is a big reason to delegate.

Donel could never understand that - she had people (mainly X Skyliners) willing and able but she often didn't let them do their job. Perhaps some delegation may help you out so you can continue marchi...

  14. Review of the Cicero show from "the other side of the line:" Corps on before and after Cru: I did not get the chance to see any of the other corps, but from their scores, it looks like they did a great job! Congrats! Cru As a proud marching member of Cru, my review is from my side of the line: I am happy to report that the crowd stayed and responded well throughout our performance, and decided not to head to the concession stand for a hot dog or anything else! They were responsive to our performance. It felt good to see and hear them cheering as we passed in review. I cannot speak for anyone else in the corps, but I think they "felt it" too! I heard "reviews" from several that were in the stands, and they felt Cru did a far better performance than 2 weeks prior in Waterloo. This too made me feel good, knowing how hard the corps prepared for the show that day in that heat!!! I am looking forward to improving my performance for the audience in Norwich this weekend. Hope to see many of you there! Congrats to Brigs and the other sponsors for running another great show! Enjoying my hobby..... Dano
