  1. Marion Cadets and Cinncinatti Glory
  2. I believe it was....or maybe still is.... a Colts thing
  3. You may still be able to get a used horn in G from a few corps.
  4. Actually, if you look at most pictures of ballerina's, that's how they look http://balletbookstore.com/ballerina/pic/barker01.jpg http://www.ballerinagallery.com/
  5. There will be no move to yamaha for the Blue Stars in the near future
  6. Occassionally it is useful, but you have to know your students. I have been cussed at, yelled at, screamed at, the works. I know the way I am, and it doesn't work.
  7. My Lower Back Blue Stars Tat was the 4th Tattoo I've gotten...and the most painful by far...it covers up an older one (jewish star) that wasn't done so well. But regardless, I am enjoying my newfound tattoo it's beautiful. Yay!
  8. Beauxbrits Drum and Bugle Corps (beautiful sounds in french) (Iknow this isn't a t but none the less) Triumph Drum and Bugle Corps
  9. I've been thinking for a long time, and can't seem to break away from the original name
  10. I am from the Sault Area...and I understand why Scotland the Brave is being played...believe me I was informed in the middle of tour about that...She was my bus partner, and a dear lil sis to me...I was there for her when her father died...and it broke me down pretty bad to hear that last summer Anywho...I just don't want the playing of that song to mislead people in the history
  11. Um lets also see....The area they live in is FRENCH...Sault Ste Marie means St Mary's Rapids in french, most of the people in the area are french or italian. The music they USUALLY play isn't usual...It changes from year to year.... I never played Scottish music while I marched there... There is NO connection to Scottish except the kilt...and even that is an arbitrary connection... If a scottish name is chosen, the history of the Bandettes isn't there then...sorry, but if you're going that route, why not just start something brand new.
