  1. Only if you bring beer and your glasses,so you have them.LOL J Ps Bring ear plugs(no buttplugs) too. :P After reading something about "messy thrust", I think I'll bring noseplugs. :P -Terri
  2. Since we're making requests, can any Wisconsonites pack a few Spotted Cows. Had a few at the Brat Haus on the main drag in Madison a few years ago (either on University Ave or W Gilman or W Gorham. It's been a while). ]:-) I'll bring some spotted cow. No more Brat Haus on Regent. It's now the Oakcrest Tavern but it's still a cool place. -Terri
  3. Just eat them afterward ok? Please!!!!!!! -Terri
  4. Darn, I have to start timing my spring vacation out west better. -Terri
  5. A Nalls/Tuttle french horn showdown - now that could be LOUD - Terri D. can break out her horn again. We might want to talk to Dean Bull - he is a killer horn player as well. :D Heh! I've barely had that baby out of the case, pooh!! Last time was to show it to the RA mellos at a sectional. No time. If I can get my concert horn out once a week for 30 minutes, it's a miracle. Just to keep some horn chops up and not totally lose my embouchure from the mello mouthpiece. -Terri
  6. Pooh, I can hold my breath a loooonnnggg time.. but I'm not holding my breath on this one.. :P I was going to say that I'd drive something too but no one is that stupid. -Terri (one ticket away from not being able to drive in Wisconsin in 2000)
  7. Hehe! Once we hit forty, they don't think we can do anything anymore. I remember, there was this song when I was in juniors and one of the lyrics was: "hope I die before I get old". Not old yet. Gonna live. :D -Terri
  8. haha! Geriatrics club. I'm three year old than you, Pooh. At least Frank and Moon are older than me. -Terri (geriatric mellophone)
  9. We're doing it - I just bought a dB meter on eBay, and I will be there to judge all comers at the First Annual Baritone Blow Off and Beer Bash. Interested contestants should email me at director@renegades.org You're on Pooh and Frank. Someone notify Moon Eyes. :D -Terri
  10. Bring it on. In fact four of the five people you named can make an experienced evaluation of that challenge... Time and place, bay-bee! Man, taking up the mighty Pooh Bear on a challenge---prepare to be humiliated and humbled dude! I'm wearing two hearing aids now because of him shattering my ear drums! And that was just when he was warming up!! Actually, you wouldn't need any of those folks to judge it--just have a decible meter..of course, Pooh playing would probably break the ####### thing by making that needle going to where it's never gone! Pooh does play loud but the best thing about his playing is the beautiful, rich tone quality he plays with. I love to hear him play. It is a true baritone sound. Kudos to you, Pooh! -Terri
  11. hehehe Remember when we almost broke that mirror in Madison??? We shouldn't have held back!!! I remember how loud you three played "America O'Canada" or whatever it's called at DCM in your flying wedge of baritones in 2000. You blew my tam OFF! -Terri
  12. That man totally loves me. If I walked in with a speaking voice like Minnie Mouse, he still would. What is wrong with him? Haha. I have to dig my Gmen stuff out for Mikey tonight for tomorrow. I hope we see alot of them too. I am marching with two sistahs already ya know. CU soon! -Terri
  13. You should. You could come and stay at my house. -Terri
  14. I knew it was Serge.....Scott just never said his last name. Probably couldn't pronounce it :) Which brings up a question---were the Dorans, Scott Brockman and Dennis Spurlin the only old Royal Airs who weren't Italian??? Hehe. There's tons of them. Jeff Helgeson, Lou Klozik, Dale Primer Adam Szlagowski, etc., etc...... Not Italians..... -Terri
  15. Well, I was there so I don't know if it was on the tube or not (just like you Pooh) Alls I know is I'm still picking the splinters out of my ### from those rickety bleachers at McGill Stadium. -Terri
  16. eh, eh, eh....... I already had a set. But maybe the lower voice is more sultry....... ;)^ -Terri
  17. Pooh, I've never been around THIS much testosterone in my drum corps career. I've become quite mannish. No one can tell I'm a woman anymore!!!!!! I'll tell Andy you liked the CS drumline. He'll be geezed! Love ya and see ya soon, -Terri
  18. That would be AWESOME!!!!!!!! Pooh back in the midwest, woo hoo! -Terri

  20. Who's going? It should be really interesting. -Terri
  21. I would have my husband Jim do a review but he would be completely biased. He loves Cap Sound and the Royal Airs! :-) -Terri
  22. Heh, Chris! RA is marching 16 mellos and so are the Kilties. Ming there and I are doing both. It's fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Terri Duh, bad typo! The Kilties have *8* mellos. But we are good too. In fact, three Guardsmen frenchies who marched together in '77 are playing mello in Kilties this year. (I'm one of them!) -Terri
