  1. Hey Randy, recaps are on the DCA website by now I think. Yes we miss you. :)
  2. Thanks for the complements Bawker. We had a great time in W-S. Glad to be home though. Now we just have to unpack all our damp clothes from the suitcase. Just a little disclaimer: The ReneGuard performers had a technical difficulty with the CD. It skipped the first 30 seconds of the music. They weren't prepared for that since they didn't do the run-through with the sound system. They will take that same routine to compete at DCA I&E. Good luck girls! LMS South was excellent in my opinion. I worked the show backstage with a couple of other Renegades guard folks. We got to meet a lot of wonderful people from the other corps. By the end of the night I was talking with a southern drawl. lol. Thank you Carolina Gold for being such great hosts. I swear we have never seen or experienced so much rain in the span of 3 days. Of course being from the left coast where our seasons consist of mildness and only about 10 days of rain at most, we weren't really all that prepared. We were warned by Lee to have 'aquatic capabilities' once we got to W-S, it was still not something we were used to. Once we got to the stadium, the skies seemed to have shut off the valves... for a little while anyway. The turf felt really good for the first 20 yards... and then the water pooled up around the areas we walked around. Lisalisamomeesa said to me 'I'm waitin' for some fish to swim by'. I felt that our show was incredible. With the crowd response being so amazing in acceptance of us being there, it brought tears to my eyes by the end of the show. As I write this comfortably at home. Our later flights out of W-S are still there. B) We got off the plane in San Jose to feel no humidity or rain. It's good to be home. Great trip this weekend. Can't wait to see you guys in Scranton!
  3. Hi Terry!!! We miss you terribly. To be honest, I wasn't a potty mouth until the day I joined the Renegades Guard. It turns off as soon as I get in the car to come home to my 4 year old. ^0^
  4. ALRIGHT ALRIGHT I AM SORRY I WASN'T THERE!!!! Chris was hospitalized with Appendicitis Saturday morning. I had to be there with him. ..... did I mention that the hospital was air conditioned?? ha ha just kidding there stop throwing stuff at me. The only thing that will suck is that I have to learn all the changes on the fly this weekend IN NORTH CAROLINA. Chris won't be marching or playing (obviously), but his doctor cleared him to fly out with us. So he will be there for moral support. He's such a trooper. ... and I get to marry him!! :P
  5. Yeah I think those are Lisa's. Although I don't remember half of my conversations that night. lol.
  6. Actually.... I'm kinda surprised to see that picture too! #66 She is still the sweetest thing to come out of Georgia. love ya lisa!
  7. If I remember correctly, Mandarins also won the Div. III title with 10 horns in 92'. ^0^
  8. Congratulations Jester for a great season. Let's hear it for another one and many many more. :) Team Evil did stick around the sidelines and watch Jester perform their little hearts out Saturday night. Thank you for a good show. We applaud you. I watched the guard the entire time. They are using flag poles that are bigger than ours! Those were six and a half foot poles. Even their silks are longer. Maybe the staff might have thought that the bigger the equipment, the bigger the guard will appear on the field? Wow... they handled it well though. As we were getting ready for retreat, I was standing with our DM's and the other guard captain Deb. I met Jester's DM and GC. I forget their names already, I'm so sorry. They send their appreciation and a heartfelt thank you to the Renegades for supporting them as they were coming off the field. A lot of people seem to forget that not too long ago. 7 years in fact. That the Renegades began the same way. With 7 people and a ham sandwich. We didn't back down or quit. What you see today is hard work and dedication from every single one of us. We love Jester! Keep up the good work. It will pay off!
  9. That's a really nice comment. Thank you. Nice review by the way.
  10. I thought that show would do well if performed in the later years.
  11. I still don't know about those blueman group tube things carried by the sops. ..... running... ducking ... B)
