It will most likely be Hot, Humid, and uncomfortable (Thats Houston). Anyone want to do a happy hour or dinner before the show? I live in Spring - Really close to the Woodlands but would love to get together with other drum corps fans for drinks or dinner or both before the show if you know a good place. If you get a hold of Hank (show corr.) or call the number to get meal tix. From the show site: A huge catered meal of fajitas will be served from 5-7 PM for just $15. Coolio...I remember that tour...reminded me of Houston. It seemed like it rained everyday at 1pm. I'm not working that day so I can go catch some rehearsals hopefully. I'm not working that day so I can go catch some rehearsals hopefully. Yeah, it actually rained at warmup for the Tampa show (that I vividly remember). I didn't know about the Houston show until a few weeks ago and I had already planned my vaca for the following week - headin to the San Antone show, so who knows when I'll get near the show sight. I moved to Houston in October from Tampa - the summer's the same but it got a tad colder here than Tampa...but I don't miss Tampa. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just didn't care for the 93 show that I've only seen on video. No problem. I'm sure I'll meet enough folks without you. no big loss. Just wanted to meet more drum corps fans in the area. No...in particular you said in another thread you were glad you were out of the country so you wouldn't have to ever see Star. I don't care if you like my corps but your tact (or lack thereof) sucks and I would rather not have to bite my lip around you all night.
