They are Div. III size, but they will be marching overage members, according to the thread about them.

The Scouts will be competing in div III but are also international division because one of their tenor players is over age. they left today and have a huge drumline. My opinion is that they are a little overbearing and drown out the pit at times, but these kids can play.

Which for those newbies means that they will compete in Div III, but cannot upsurp one of the other Div III corps for their spot on the podium. They will win a trophy for "Div III International" status.... meaning they play by slightly different rules.
