My family has been eating Paleo for a couple of years. It does really work. We have wondered what if the entire corps ate Paleo, how much more energy they would have? They would probably need to employ some of the options in Paleo for Athletes book.

OK started spinning and do it now 3x a week, did 40 miles on my bike then 100. Now i am in my first Cyclocross race next week. Check it out on thetube. Lost weight and am in great shape. Even at 45.

WOW, WOW and WOW!!! I have loved watching Paul teach at PR for years. I cannot even imagine what this will do for SCV? Why can't they keep the tilted drums?

Over the 24 years my SO has been to several shows. She has be tolerant but lately she has put forth to talk about what corps are playing to watch shows online and went to a show last year. Boston and Phantom were her fav last year.

Does hanging all your corps shirts up help your cred?

Ok we all know that money rules. Many corps have folded because of money miss management or loss of revenue. Washington has outlawed bingo except on reservations. So the Cascades are having a tough time. Today Cheney Washington decided to cut the band program to save money! http://www.seattlepi.com/local/6420ap_fbc_...tml?source=mypi Canada for example. Where have all the Canadian corps gone? Again money source dried up. Did one man cause all the resulting problems we dislike about finals this year? No. I just hope they fix it fast! I just hope the one activity that I love above all others will never die!

This is a great place for Drum Corps. We had the Seattle Cascades show here a few years back. Wow. Also the Husky Stadium is good for Open Class. Some day finals have to be in Seattle. The Worlds Fair was here in 62!

I agree with OP. I find myself trying to tune out the low bass sounds that are artificial and just listen to the horns.

SCV gaurd is just amazing Martha like! Theater could have been lounder but sat next to a DCI visual judge that would have put HNC in the top spot visually but said that BD was just plain clean.

I agree. I found myself tuning out the amp/synth sounds to listen to the horn line at the theater tonight. Or worse yet wondering is that the horn line or the low bass keyboard amped. Yes i have been following DC since the 70's but. I love techno music, in fact Moby, DJ Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold are some of my favorite Artist and the most listen to, other then Drum Corps and Ska on my Zune. I do not like the added boost. Why do they need it?
