kevingamin
Sweet Georgia Brown, complete with drummers in Harlem Globetrotter jerseys, spinning basketballs on their fingers. Uh oh, guard member's got a hoop...and the tenor player hits the shot!
kevingamin
I can't recognize the next song, but I like the pit playing during it. One side benefit of a small corps: NO AMPS.
kevingamin
Hooray for Hollywood, complete with guard kick line. And a guard member just won the Oscar and is walking down the Red Carpet. A fun end to the show!
kevingamin
Three corps, three street beats. I'm coming to more II/III events.
kevingamin
Now coming on the field is the Hamilton Youth Performing Ensemble, or H.Y.P.E. Their 2007 show is The Dark Side of Oz, featuring Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd and selections from the Wizard of Oz by E.Y. Harburg and Harold Arlen. Thanks to CorpsReps for the show selections.

kevingamin
HYPE consists of 13 brasss, 8 percussion, 10 color guard, 5 pit, and 2 drum majors.
kevingamin
All the brass is literally brass colored. I assume HYPE is Bb/multi-key? Backfield start to the show, very mysterious and Pink Floyd-y. First hit is very in tune. I could use more output from the horns. Marion Cadets proved that you can make a lot of sound with just a few horns.
kevingamin
First full song is Money. The guard has gold-colored flags. One of the drum majors just played in a duet. Ahh, the reason I'm having some trouble hearing the hornline seems to be that sound does not travel well in this stadium unless they're right in front of you. Rock out section. The Brownie troops are going wild down front.
kevingamin
This horn line does have power, as proven by the end of Money. Pit interlude, sounds like we're going to Oz. The corps appears to be asleep on the field. When they wake up, will they no longer be in Kansas?
