ssorrell
Back in 1984, we (Spirit) had a staffer that took his doberman in tour for some reason. The guy was on our brass staff and was a former low brass member from Phantom...Kevin Smith I think was his name (I know his first name was Kevin, but not sure about Smith). Aha...it just came to me...his name was Kevin Johnson. Just in case any former Phantom folks are reading...
DCIHasBeen
That's a natural cause, I'd say :P Come to think of it, they little guy did kind of have a smile on his face when we found him, paws-up, in his cage ... I always thought he'd died happy knowing he'd never see a better drum corps than the one he'd been traveling with, but it could have been the beer. This one's for you, Marty!

Bob J
One of the Freelancer guard instructors had a little dog named Muffin that came on tour with us. I kind of remember she disliked the hornline though. (the dog)
