2000Cadet
Okay I just got off the phone with a DCI merchandise representative. He thinks that the problem may be with my DVD software on my computer. The way he explained it is these DVDs are two-layered DVDs and that my DVD software may not be able to read the second layer of each disc. But I have tried to play the DVDs using three different types of DVD software so I am not so sure that is the problem. Also, I am able to play each corps on the last disk (the 7-12 placing corps) with no problem at all. Basically that's the only help he was able to give me. I was wondering though if you guys play those DVDs on your computers, and if so, what type of DVD software you have. I want to try some different software just to see if the problem is still there. Thanks a lot for the help.

2000Cadet
I had no problem on a Mac. Yeah I have heard that. I was considering buying a new computer anyway; perhaps a Mac since I hear so many good things about those laptops. What type of DVD playing software is used on a Mac? cowtown
I don't have 2007 but no problem with 2005 or 2006 if you are really thinking of buying a Mac or any new CPU - take the dvd with you to the store and try it out before you buy I really love my Mac, they seem geared towards media and many of the limitation with them have been overcome by their new intel chips that allow you to run windows (I don’t have the new chip myself though) Mac are not for everyone though so spend a little time with it first and it’s best if you have a Mac buddy around to help break you in -I’d have been lost without my Mac Guru

Thanks a lot. I will do all of that before I actually buy one. In the meantime, I am going to try and figure out why I can't watch these on my PC.
