Ranger Rick
Potential marchers from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, NorCal, and Canada: Oregon Crusaders have not yet set the corps... we especially need trumpet players to balance out the ensemble (go figure) but no auditionee will be turned away. If you're looking to be on the drumline or on a weapons line, the sooner the better. We're looking to keep alternates this year! Go to www.oregoncrusaders.org for info. Rides from the airport or train station in Portland or Salem are always available.

We'll be touring across the west coast and flying into Chicago for a midwest tour swing into finals. Check http://www.bluedevils.org/programs/b/2008/ for more info. CapSoundDrums
Capital Sound is still looking for members in low brass & colorguard. Our percussion section is not being set until the weekend of February 29-March 2, so there are still opportunities to audition there as well (even though our turnout has been solid.) Capital Sound offers the best of both worlds in Midwest Drum Corps...an aggressive tour schedule, paired with a manageable rehearsal schedule. Many of our members work summer jobs while they march. Come be a part of the next generation of great drum corps! www.capsound.org
Trumpetkrkrkristin
Hello! The time is soon coming where I will be done with high school and will finally be allowed to join a corps. I'm thinking open class will be a great place for me to start. I'm not as familiar with the open class corps, so what corps are on the eastern side of the US (I don't want to travel too far from home)? cheezedogg 23
I do believe the Marion Cadets are accepting applications, with the new redefining of 2/3 into open class, I believe they will have room in all sections for anyone interested. They are in Marion Ohio, north of Columbus.
Estancia93
It's January...I'm pretty sure that you can find a spot just about anywhere. People quit all through the winter. There's no way that there's nothing available anywhere.
