It was probably a bad way of doing it, because backing into the top 12 sort of squeezes out some groups that otherwise would be predicted top 6, which just won't fit in there because the bottom half was already selected. I mean, there are only five spots left for BDB, Dutch Boy, Jersey Surf, Oregon Crusaders, Teal Sound, SCVC, Yamato, etc.
