arno0940
Wow - 7 point difference doesn't seem like two title contenders going at it. And is Spartans score going down? Edited July 3, 2008 by arno0940

arno0940
Spartans jumped almost 5 points. Raiders jumped 9 points. My bad - I knew that Spartans were beating Raiders so I was like WTF when Raiders beat them by a few.

MagicBobert
...it would be pretty hilarious and a tad satisfying to see Blue Devils B take the Open Class crown... Rumor has it that they're out for blood this year.
Jeremy Denzer
Surf is ready to make the move to world class for 2009 and this is coming from someone who has not been a fan in the past. Strong in all captions. The guard was very large and had strong technique. Teal had a lot of problems with feet. People out of step all over the place. They also do not have as much demand in their drill as Surf. The brass line was very powerful and had some great moments. The guard book was not complete and the guard was talking out loud throughout the show which was very annoying. Citations had a great great great guard. The rest of the corps did not live up to all of the pre-season hype. Raiders were much weaker than previous seasons. I think with some focussed rehearsals they can clean it up. Spartans made me sad when I watched them. To see last years DCI champion in this state was a shocking reminder of how devastating a staff change can be. The kids are trying really hard but they appear very young.
