This show is going to be VERY interesting considering 10-16 or 17 are completely up in the air...wish I could be there....

Jeez!!! Could the Blue Stars be housed any further away? They'll have to leave the day before just to get to the the show site.

as a World Class age-out after 5 summers, I must say that long bus rides to the show are very welcomed, at least by me and some I marched with, especially in Texas. Hot rehearsal days really wear you out and the cool busses allow for relaxation. Just have to be careful to *hehem* wake up *hehem* in time so you don't have too bad of sleep chops.

My understanding is that the housing was their choice, due to a great turf field and very nice accomodations.

"We are staying in Crystal City on Friday night and will be in San Antonio most of Saturday and going straight to Fort Worth from there.

Great facility vs. 2 hours, facility wins!

Stadium with turf in that area is priceless, plus some fringe benefits which make the drive worth it.

Back when I marched (uphill "both ways" ) I just wanted to get to it! I hope it works out for them.
