New Historical Gem Found

Recommended Posts

Ok, this was the first (and Last) time that I didn't bring my own scanner down

here with me. Ugh! Never again.

Anyway, I have finally gotten My laptop and Ron's scanner to work together. It's

more difficult and much slower than the setup I'm used to... but, at least it

works.

I think you'll find that this was well worth the wait.

1940 Leedy "Roll Off" No. 5

Enjoy!!

Thanx again and again to you, Uncle Tom!!

Cool... Lunch time reading (if the work firewall lets me get to a blog). :worthy:

And now I know why the Historic site hasn't been updated for a while :worthy: No problem as I'm still plowing thru the pages. :worthy:

Hey Nanci, let me know when you might be ready for more manuals. I'll mail a CD copy of the ones I scanned to see if you can use 'em.

great job Nanci

almost perfect scans - looks like what I gave you

Interesting - the name on the back side of the envelope - Clarence "Buddy" Pilon - was best man at my parents wedding... some how this book ended up in my father's stuff... I have no idea how... but Buddy might have been involved... I don't recognize the name of the original addressee...

and of course, my Dad and Buddy Pilon are both gone...
