Appleknocker
I will stop reading every post, article, opinion, etc., that uses the term, that being said, with that said, having said. STOP IT,....STOP IT right now. We know you said it,...we just read it.
Supersonic
Um, it's a simple phrase to indicate contrast, like "nevertheless" or "however."
kickhaltsforlife
someone needs to get their panties out of a twist. is it really that big of an issue to start a topic on it? I'd imagine this will be closed very soon.
Appleknocker
UMMMMM,...I know what it is. It is bad enough that every two bit TV anchor and sports reporter uses it 19 times every broadcast. However,.....never mind.
rut-roh
This is a ridiculous thread. That being said, I clicked on it anyway and now I feel dumb for having read it. With that said, I will just say my peace and opt out. Having said that, I'll go read some other posts now and go about my day because getting upset over something so trivial and stupid isn't worth my time. BigSnareline
I will stop reading every post, article, opinion, etc., that uses the term, that being said, with that said, having said. STOP IT,....STOP IT right now. We know you said it,...we just read it. I understand completely. It just doesn't make any sense. Having said that, I can understand why some people use these phrases. With that being said, I do feel like those phrases can make a person's post unnecessarily lengthy.
Matt_S
I'd imagine this will be closed very soon. That being said, topic closed FYI, there is a Member Service Center forum where topics specifically DCP-related can be discussed.
