I realize that not "All" of them will be around "All" the time. It just makes me wonder how the Chicago Cavaliers, Blessed Sacrament and St Kevins Emerald Knights (Among many others) won all those National & Dream Contest Chmapionships with "Only" three (St Kevins had only TWO) instructors on their "Staff". Are you witches allowed to type the word "holy"? Now, to answer your question, those corps did it with programs that weren't as creative or as difficult and with less instruction for the kids.
