blueorginal
Since its Academy Awards Season, I figured I'd throw this out. Some of the best film score composers who should be played by drum corps today My First 2 would be Miklos Rozsa and Bruno Coulais (if one was to search a certain video site they could find many examples of their work) Edited January 26, 2009 by blueorginal
JGuy1288
Colts did Miklos Rozsa's Spellbound Concerto for their closer last year.
Jeffe77
For me, I would love to see a Corps play some Hans Zimmer. Gladiator or Batman Begins/Dark Knight. As much as I love Thin Red Line, IMO don't feel it would translate onto the field very well. Other ones that would be interesting to see on the field would be Howard Shore's Lord of the Rings and some of James Newton Howard scores. kstein
The Incredibles - Blue Devils Some BD folks played this as an ensemble piece in I & E a few years ago. I agree it could be a great show for them...or the Crossmen. Would love to see Star alum Carl Johnson, who is an award winning composer for film and tv, come back to the activity and do some writing/arranging. He was a very talented guy in the mid-80's; would love to hear what he would do now. KS

Lance
I usually hate Zimmer, but "Chevaliers de Sangreal" from The DaVinci Code could be fantastic on the field, I think. Really beautiful piece of music, IMO.
