Octavarium
overshadowed by the very tight 2-5 race, I haven't seen a whole lot of discussion on the rather tight grouping between Boston, Phantom, and Blue Stars. Quarters had them all within a point of each other, and they've all been flip flopping a lot this season. How do you think it's going to end up on Saturday? bdkappasig
phantom will probably get the nod for 7th cuz they always have a very emotional finals performance that seems to carry them a little bit higher. I would love to see blue stars take 7 though. I LOVE their show!
Octavarium
I'm kinda thinking the same thing, unfortunately. Of the three corps, Phantom interests me the least. I really love Boston and Blue Stars shows this year.
08ThunderBass5
I started out the season strongly disliking phantom's show this year but now that I watch it, its actually finally starting to grow on me. Took it ALL season! But now I actually really like the show EXCEPT FOR; the jazz. Everything else though, I'm digging. But, I also really really like both blue stars and boston's shows this year. Both are phenominal shows.
bawker
Regiment will probably hold on to 7th, I think.
AlexL
All 3 are really great shows. Can really see why theyre so close. Honestly i think they should all be challenging bluecoats.
jplattSCV
All 3 are really great shows. Can really see why theyre so close. Honestly i think they should all be challenging bluecoats. I would like to see all three of them in the 90's. I actually find the overall quality of these three pretty indistinguishable. Any one of them in 7th would be fine with me. Blue Stars, Boston, and Regiment each have plenty of emotional punch. In fact, I would actually put the emotional component in the design of these shows (all three) above that of Bluecoats, Cavaliers, Cadets, and Devils. There is a technical aspect of these others than is well above but in terms of an emotional connection...well gimme the 7-9 shows any day.
