76strad
So since I can't go to see the M'boro show (Because of it being the last day of pre band camp) I need to think about Atlanta, I keep hearing from people that going to Atlanta, the Stadium is horrible to watch/listen to a show in, is this true? If it truely is horrible to listen to, am I better off with paying the money for the Fan Network and bypass the trip completely?
DrinkinOuttaCups
The last time I was there as a spectator was 2007, but I don't recall any particular problems with hearing the corps...though, then again, I was sitting about 5 rows from the front on the 45. chadwick
For a Dome arena, it isn't bad at all IMO. Yes there is some echo from time to time, but I never really notice it all that much. The Club Level are great seats.

TrumpetJ
Look out for water though. HA! The Georgia Dome: The world's first poncho required indoor arena. If you can, try to sit in the upper deck. I've sat there the past two years and the seats are great. Hornline volume isn't an issue and you can see drill at the same time. Try to avoid sitting outside the 20's or 30's though. The first two times I went I was like 15 rows off the field between the 20 and the goal line and it was like hearing them from a different county. The echo wasn't bad, it was just quiet. Just try sitting close to the middle.
