If I'm not mistaken a start up corps has to spend at LEAST one season in OC before they can even APPLY for WC, so if OC isn't nurtured where are they going to get more WC corps from? Am I missing something here? If the OC class goes away altogether, then every corps in DCI would be in one classification...thus not having 'classes' anymore..
