I'm sure it's BD 1989 coming on the field since their guard only wore the white dresses in 88 & 89 and assumed it was 89 since the corps packing up their pit is wearing white pants and we went on before BD in finals in 1988. However, as I look at the performance order of finals in 1989 BD went on after The Cadets and not after Star. The light pants and redish topped pit people on the clip could be Cadets though so it is probably BD. but it is BD coming on the field not exiting the field as you have listed here.
