I feel as though DCI judges need to be better trained, or less focused on personal agendas. If they don't have a percussion specific judge, then its either they just duplicate the Music Analysis score or the judge pulls double duty. Same panel, but the drum judge was moved to GE Music, which led to GE Music being sent to Music Analysis, and then the two visual captions were flip-flopped.
