Soprano Martin
This looks like it may be the biggest Govies corps I've ever seen! Alright!
kevingamin
I hear horse sounds coming from the pit, fitting with the wild West theme of the show.
kevingamin
Now for the best introduction of a drum corps ever.
Todd Tanji
They just did the "Govenaires growl".
kevingamin
Battle Without Honor or Humility. One of my favorite tracks from the Kill Bill soundtrack.
kevingamin
Guard has yellow flags, but I can't tell what the design on them is. I'm assuming it's show related.
kevingamin
Very strong start to the Govies show, plus it was very engaging. Fun moment with John Mayer. Turns to the crowd and asks" How many of you have seen the movie Magnificent Seven?" Once the crowd answers, he replies "Yeah, this'll work." and the corps starts playing Mag 7. Todd Tanji
Some phasing but generally tight and balanced. Oh, and fun as always.
kevingamin
Nice tuba line as a trumpet soloist plays the Mag 7 theme. Trumpet soloist is also wearing a black cowboy hat, which, unofficially is the first time I've seen a Govie wearing head gear.
kevingamin
The corps just used e-cigarettes to simulate smoke from guns firing. Great visual GE effect!
