Much fun already share cool things that occur off-field at DCI

From instance Wednesday they block the street to set up the Festival Market Place. Blocked it alright, with a full sized Jersey Barrier and the souvie trucks squeeze by, right. Then the souvie parade begins. Hotel is right by that intersection. They show up alright full sized, RV's pulling trailers almost the same size. Police were baffled, traffic backed up with the wonderful sound of honking horns (Sky would have been jealous) wondering what's the hold up. Then the officers and anybody they could enlist manually moved the thing out of the way. Just in time before any of the friendly locals road raged each other. So much to see so much to do this week.

Everything is great about Hersey, The drum corps think it will come back? Amusement park, old factory tours, street lights. Then you need to stop by Road Side America (huge model trains) and munch out in Amish Country. Those were the days. Remembering a restaurant weighed your kids and charged by the pound. It just occurred to me doing that now may raise some eyebrows.. How reckless we were back then.

Lol no more corps show at the stadium and blame Hershey Company for that one. Roadside America up for sale last I heard by original owners family.
