Ive taught/directed WGI for 10 years under a nonprofit and made $500 total and that was for writing drill for 2 seasons 🤣 Having worked in Open Class, there are probably 5 or fewer OC directors that make "decent" money. 😞 It's absolutely a labor of love for those folks. MIke Open class is the small business and world class is corporate business. IMO DCI needs to find a way to monitor financials yearly for open and world to make sure groups are fit to tour.
