Wondering what happens if a corps signs deals with manufacturers (unis, equipment, transportation,etc) and corps drops out for the season. Are contracts usually written to handle the possibility? MikeN Posted January 18 Share Posted January 18 Contracts don't usually have a "corps shuts down" clause. There are deposit dates, termination without cause terms, and deadlines to meet. For almost every vendor these days, you'd lose your deposit, but it depends on the contract if you'd lose any payments past that.
