SomeOtherJoe
How I get my hands on what I have is shrouded in mystery. Hey, possession is 9/10ths of the law, no? By the way, I always loved the L.A. Odyssey show. Even after progressing farther north every year, it always felt like the home show! SoundmanG
I never said anything about the date. But hey! If I get the time, I'll go to that corner and take a picture of that spot today and post it if you wish. I only live a few blocks from there. I'd love to see it. I'm a big fan of "Then & Now" pictures.

I have a photo with notes indicating something along those lines.
GGarrett
Got any '81 Freelancers... particularly of the snareline? B) I would like to see a few of any Freelancers snareline as well. In the winter of 1980, I remember Madisons snare guys working out some visuals based off Freelancers visuals...clicking on the buckle that was on their chest. You can see the result in Madisons 1981 "Downwind" drum solo. Those visuals were influenced by the great Freelancers snarelines, in combination with some of their own Madison trademark visuals as well.
