Ummmm.... The corps cares. The term "bluecoat" refers to the police officers of the Boy's and Girl's Club which the corps is an outgrowth of. The on the job sacrifices made by these men and women is one of the reasons the corps adopted the name.

A Blue Coat refers to something you wear.

A Bluecoat refers to the men and women of the police force.

And I'm not worried at all about what he says. If the corps finishes in the top 6 again, I think it will be a great thing. There are some fantastic groups out there this year. If we can finish higher, that would be even better.

Grammar rant:

There, they're and their may all sound alike, but they mean different things. You might want to brush up on that. :sshh:
