l asked my sister who was in the Diplomates in 72 and 73 and she only remembered a Murielle who played on snare drums and she was not blonde. B) Anyway, my sister ( even if she was not speaking english) had a great time with all the corps especially Cabs, Sky.

The Diplomates corps members were great and I remember they worked very hard. The Cabs did have a great rapport with the Diplomates despite the language barrier. Bugleboy, thanks because I was certain she was a blonde beauty. Of course way out of my league...LOL!!!

Les Deiplomates were alway great to see at "Mission Drums" which was held annually at Alumni Field (Boston College).

Loved those uniforms, and their great sound always brings back some great memories.

I think they appeared one year at "The DREAM"?

Hope you come back and maybe make a trip to Plymouth for the Alumni Show.

Perhaps some of the confusion comes from the fact that the "Blond" was on tenor drums, not snares. There was also a shorter brunette snare player.

We appeared at the 1966 Dream and the 1973 Dream.

The '66 Dream was more memorable for me.
