Marc66
Just spotted the following in the recap of the DCI Winter Meetings, held this past weekend in Chicago... "In other business matters, the Board of Directors renewed the Division I competitive status of Pacific Crest of Diamond Bar, Calif., and Esperanza of San Diego, Calif. Pursuant to the DCI By-laws, the board of directors voted unanimously to terminate the membership of the Troopers from Casper, Wyo., due to internal and external compliance issues, spanning several years." What exactly does this mean? Are the Troopers being forced into D-II? or, will they be given another chance to petition to get back into D-I? I really would be disappointed if they were forced into D-II...on the other hand, maybe it would give the organization an opportunity to stabilize their finances and resources and get stronger. Anybody out there know the details of this?
