All I can say from observing this camp in person is, I wish I was young enough to march again and be apart of this corps on the move and the excitement that comes with it.

I agree. This corps is going places folks! All sections were phenomenal. The improvement from the first camp is amazing. The past three years, this corps has shifted into hyperdrive between seasons and is improving in logarithmatic ways. WOW!

create peace,

Brent

It appears great things are happening with the Blue Stars.

HOWEVER! I'm a bit troubled by this statement "...in this resurgance."

So the Blue Stars of the 1980s-90s were dark and insignificant

decades for the organization? Some statements can be a dagger

in the heart for those that were a part of that organization during

those years. Some had family ties to the "resurgant" corps of that era

everyone seems to glorify.

I, too, loved the Blue Stars of the '70s. However, people must realize

that the organization never went away! There were some hard years; but

let's not dismiss all that was carried on in the '80s and '90s by the fine

young men and women that were proud Blue Stars as well!

It's in my opinion that each and every person from the founding of the

corps through the future, membership to fan, can be proud that the Blue Stars

are still around and will ALWAYS have a special place within the activity.
