Titles of shows aren't show announcements

Recommended Posts

I am so sick of seeing "this corps is annoucing thier show for 2006....The cow jumps over the moon"

Folks this doesn't tell me jack. You might as well have said we're playing some b#'s and 16th notes. The guard will be featured twirling flags and stuff. At least you get more info.

Say what you're playing and be done with it.

Kind of agreed.

But, a show announcement hints at alot of the show.

I'd rather get it all at once, as well (I think I made that quite clear in another thread,) but I guess it's better then nothing

I prefer to get my info from the DCI program at finals week. I call it "delayed gratification" to the extreme.

I agree with the original poster.

The SNAPETTES! changed the name of the their show in 2003 a couple of times.

Finally ending up with committee decision to call it...

I Duck Tape Teddy "Bears.

The only thing we did that actually related to the show was to duck tape teddy bears on the end of the flag poles for extra GE.
