jayboe172
I'm a big fan of 2001 as well, but 2002 is the first show I saw that I really noticed the corps. 2003 was one of my favorites ever, but 2006 might top it. As of now they are the corps I see becoming the "New" champion in following years....they just keep getting better....its in the cards for them. bartyount
Easy to sound that great when your book isn't hard and your drill is easy. Not knocking the corps, they sound great, no doubt. Just wondering if the demand is there cause I certainly don't see nor hear it. Aaaarrrnt, eeerrrmmmt!!!!!! Perhaps you didn't read the topic title. You are now banned from this thread. bluecoats88
Give it up to Doug Thrower for the brass book. His arrangements and occasional original concoctions have always cooked. Didn't Dutch Boy win with their Beatles show? That was D.T. also, from what I remember. I believe you are thinking of the Canadian Knights who won div II in 1986 (i think) with a beatles show, which I believe Doug thrower Arranged.
