Has to be Phantom! 50 year Anniversary, 10 years since their 1st and only gold medal. Such an emotional show too. Finals in Madison where the crowd will REALLY appreciate it. HOW many people will be crying if they win?

Vanguard is still pulling ahead! (and that has nothing what-so-ever to do with BD's "bye-week"... just so we're clear)

Speaking of Tears of Joy, that's a great ####### album.

I won't cry if Phantom wins; I'll be bummed, but life goes on.

I'm not sure I'd want to visit DCP for a while if Regiment pulled it off. The whining, #####ing, and moaning that would ensue would put to shame any of the anti-Cadets stuff we've seen this year. Rampant cries of "politics!" (despite Regiment never really benefitting from politics) and "fix!" would be all over the place. It's like someone said in another post...

For Regiment to win, they have to be hands-down the cleanest, most emotional corps on the field by 2-3 points in order to get a .1 tenth victory. While I like the show this year, and like it a lot, I don't really see it being ahead of Cavaliers or Devils by 2-3 points, so you can scratch that .1 tenth victory. I'll be satisfied if they simply tear the house down on Finals Night. Even with that "crass" sound they apparently suffer from.

In the winter they can regroup and make plans for a 2007 show to win the title, but alas, barring a miraculous set of performances on Finals Week, I think either Cavs or Devs are taking the 2006 crown. And that's fine with me. As long as they (PR) "bring it" on Finals night. Love the show no matter where it places.

Just voted for Phantom for my Phav of 2006. Vanguard, BD, and Crown (in that order) would be my next choices for this year.
