FrankBeMe
These are the road and street construction projects going on right that would most affect fans and corps getting to Camp Randall. Park Street...one lane each direction from West Washington to Regent until Aug 31. Corps buses would be affected the most, but being stuck there in anything is a pain State Street.....300 and 400 blocks are torn up. That's about a block or so down toward campus from the Overture Center where I&E is. (Good luck finding parking space during the day downtown!) University Ave...Bus and bike lanes closed And East Washington RESTRICTED US 151 (East Washington Ave) to 10’ lane widths and to one lane in both directions from First St to Dickinson St in the City of Madison. RESTRICTED US 151 (East Washington Ave) at the Yahara River Bridge. In the morning, two lanes will be westbound and one lane eastbound. That will switch to two eastbound lanes and one westbound in the afternoon. East Johnson...also one of the better ways to get to the stadium from the east side, was torn up Friday and Saturday (this is where I ran over and killed an orange barrell on Saturday) but it's probably back up now. Roark1
Nice to see some things never change. Just remember, all the streets are One Way (the wrong direction from wherever it is you want to go), the ones that can get you there are always under construction, and of course, you can't get there from here. Get there early, hunker down at Jingle's Stadium Bar, and wait for the show. Edited August 7, 2006 by Roark1

Don't you know that we have five seasons here in Wisconsin - Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Construction! B)
