What makes a great book? A wonderful and engaging story that is full of emotion and conflict. A beautiful blend of music, motion, color and precision that leaves the audience entertained and on their feet begging for more!

Who is John Caffey and the Beaver Brown Band thank you very much I'll take animal sounds for 800.

SO WE MEET AGAIN TREBEK!!!

At the core of any well-designed show is the music. Everything in a show reflects the music.

A good music book is a balance between the hornline, the battery, and the pit. No individual group should dominate the performance. The difficulty of the book should reflect the level of the group. The success of the book is a result of balancing the ability level of the musicians, the difficulty of the book, and the success of attempting the book.

Once that is accomplished the visual program should reflect the music. Everything from the shape of the forms, the form density, the concepts should reflect the music.
