I am not aware of any differance in double fast or double time....just one of those things that depends on your background and where you learned to spin. (same with carves/betty crockers/stirs) just another name for the same thing.

As for movement under tosses. You have to make sure to establish the toss before you move under it. IF you try to toss and turn at the same time, kiss your or your neighbor's teeth good bye. I like movement to start on the first count after 'out'. So ....

(5678)dut-dut, dut-dut, dut-dut, dip

Out on 1

2 turn

3 spot

4 catch.

Good luck

I've done something sort of like doublefast/time on sabre, but it was called two-handed fronts. It's mostly finger work, and it takes a lot of practice.

LOL @ knockers, who calls them that???

My dd is wondering how to spin double fast on rifle. I know someone has posted instructions b/4 on the other board but I can't find it. Can someone post that info again here? Vicki

Strap + Strap + Bolt + Bolt

That's as simple I can make it without going into a two-page spiel a la 70's era manual of arms.
