shawn craig
Racine however is active. Or is my geography bad? I think Capital Sound still resides in Wisconsin as well. Unfortunately, since they aren't div I corps they apparently don't count. :(
Tom Brace
To my knowledge, there are five currently active drum corps in the Div. I, II, or III ranks and one senior corps. residing in the State of Wisconsin. They are... Madison Scouts Blue Stars Pioneer Capital Sound Racine Scouts Racine Kilties and at last check all were doing well at this point in the season. Any answers?
Tom Brace
Last I heard, Pioneer was expnading their programming and outreach. They have a new winter drum line now and although the Irish thing is either a love it or hate it proposition, I thought that their staff changes were supposed to point the corps in an upward direction. Like it or not, the G bugles are now a detriment to competing with the upper echelon of Div. I. Not commenting either way on whether this is a good thing or a bad thing, just the fact. Everyone else in Div. I is on Bb.
FanOfAll
I heard he left too. Seems like a bad track record seeming he did the same thing to another corps last year
RegimentContra94
I know someone that was recently asked to write drill for The Pioneer because they had apparently lost or gotten rid of the drill writer they were planning on using.
