Oh, and why the snub to Spirit? They have been finalist the past few years with a top 12 drum line, whereas Crossmen have not been in Finals or had a top 12 drum line.

Not true my friend about Crossmen! The 2004 Crossmen Drumline finished 7th at DCI Finals!

bassing it on last year, phantom ensemble was unbelivable on all levels just listen to the last couple of minutes of there show with the judges audio on the dvd!!

I was referring to 05 and 06 - the recent years. Out of Finals both of these years, and non-top 12 drum lines both years. Spirit on the other hand was a Finalst and top 12 drum line both years.

Snares: PR - ridiculously clean w/ spicy metric shifts

Tenors: QB - notes and notes and notes and not...

Basses: PR at Cadets TIE! (possible edge to Cadets for that sick bass break last year)

Cymbals: <silence> VANGUARD!!! </silence>

Front Ensemble: Cavies - think: Karate Kid, "You're the best AROUND, nothin's gonna ever keep you down!"
