jwillis35
Show 1: Adventures in Time - Disney Millennium medley - Music from the motion pictures "Back To The Future," part 1, 2 and 3 by Alan Sylvestri - Slow movement from "Jurassic Park" theme, John Williams - drum feature from the movie "Tarzan" with the reprise of the earlier score music, and themes by Phil Collins, becoming the closing material Show 2: Hide and Seek: A Contemporary Look at the Life of Children and Adult Education (seeking and searching for life, love, honor, faith, etc.) - show opens with music from Grainger's "Children's March" - ballad is the tune "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap - Unwritten, by Natasha Bedingfield - done with mics for voice and rap, use of electronics, synths, and a lot of dance in the entire corps, not just the guard. - then the show would close with a distorted and modernized version of the Haydn Farewell Symphony in which all the performers randomly leave the field area. I rather like this show, although I don't think it would work at any of my football games at MUC. Mark Filosi
Very impressed with Children's march, need a killer melli line for that. I like that piece and always thought it wouldn't work on the field. Maybe I'm wrong and there is a whole genre of Corps brothers who would like that. triplefunk
- Unwritten, by Natasha Bedingfield - done with mics for voice and rap, use of electronics, synths, and a lot of dance in the entire corps, not just the guard.JW tongue in cheek or serious? I like the idea of everyone just leaving the field on their own. If that was a visual I'd use, I'd use it for the ACTUAL ending of the New World Symphony. Since ya know, its one of the few symphony's that ends with a fade.

flashofthunder
An Eric Whitacre show. "When David Heard" "October" "Leonardo Dreams of His Flying Machine" Selections from them, or there could just be an entire show of the 15 minute "When David Heard." raphael18
Channel One Suite I think BD has proven that no matter how hard you try - Channel One is not long enough for an entire show. :)
