fourouttheforty
Uhhh, regular tennis shoes? Just so long as they fit. And if you're buying new shoes, buy them now and start wearing them/running in them. You'll hate yourself when you're trying to roll step in really stiff new shoes. Vanguard07
Brooks (Footlocker.com) Hands down the BEST shoes I have ever bought! Not sure if I just got lucky with the pair I got or what but they have lasted me for 3 years (1 on the field) and have only just began forming holes on the sides. I plan to buy another pair of the exact same kind when these finally do fall apart. The Price is kinda high but the quality is amazing. field_ninja
I've heard that if you can really march, you sport unlaced Timberlands on the field.

jake_the_hydra
I've worn New Balance and Adidas cross-training shoes, both worked really well. I hear basketball shoes are OK. I hear don't use running shoes, since they're made to only go one direction.

hboyce
You did spell Adidas correctly. In case you forget again, it's an acronym:All Day Long I Dream About (something that begins with S) As far as shoes go... well, when I marched I practiced in Adidas Sambas, filled with some insoles. They felt great to me. Wrong. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adidas Adidas AG is a German sports apparel manufacturer, part of the Adidas Group, which is the second largest sportswear manufacturer in the world. The company was named after its founder, Adolf (Adi) Dassler And even though that acronym is a popular way to refer to the name Adidas, you spelled it out wrong.
