BigDale Posted May 3, 2007 Share Posted May 3, 2007 Before the evaluation process started, the previous rule was start in Div II/III. Now, I'm not sure if it's possible to start in Div I. I guess if the planets aligned and everything pointed toward success, why not let a corps start in Div I? Oh, boy...if VK comes out in Div.
