Here's the scoop on where the membership comes from: US Virgin Islands Chattanooga, Tennessee Paterson, New Jersey New York, New York (4 boro's) Fredericksburg, Virginia They operate with the satellite location strategy but they are centrally location is Tennessee. I don't know how many members they have, but what's the difference with drum corps folding or not fully participating this year, I think its cool that at least someone is doing something for the growth of the activity rather than do nothing at all bro.
