I know I run the risk of sounding like a homer....but IMO, this is the best show Crown has EVER put out....ever! Top to bottom.

That said.... every year I listen to all the shows and pick the show and corps that I like the best that particular year and pull for it until the end of the season. While I have not heard PR, Madison and quite a few lower tiered corps yet..... so far Crown has my favorite show this year. I'm really excited about their prospects for this season, but it's stilll WAAAAYYY early.

They did me proud. I was very very happy to wearing my Crown jacket that night ... all of my buddies really enjoyed the show, and even ventureed to say they might win the night ... came close, though!

I also enjoyed Phantom as well.

I'm not surprised by this score for Crown and am glad to see them getting the recognition by the judges. :)

I saw them in Annapolis and the horn line is OUTSTANDING.

The sound is the best! They can pack a punch with the volume and power while maintaining incredible controll, balance, and tuning. I'll have to listen more for difficulty tonight, but in terms of tone and sound they were by far the best IMO at Annapolis. They were really doing the William tell very well for first show out, and no they didn't give the difficulty to the pit. The whole horn line is playing those licks! As that cleans up WATCH OUT.
