KingJoeVII
I was watching some shows today and got to thinking about how viewing shows is really the only way to truly know, understand , and discuss the activity. Everything else is secondary to actually experiencing a performance and having that personal connection to the show. So I thought, if one were to be a properly educated and knowledgeable Drum Corps fan, what are the shows you think are the "absolute musts" for viewing? These are the shows that define the activity and the corps today are still compared to... kind of the ABC's of drum corps shows if you will... here is my list right off the bat.... Cadets '83, '00, '05 Star '91, '93 Cavies '95, '04, '02 SCV '87, '89 Madison '88 Phantom '89 I know these are all safe bets...but hey, they are safe bets for a reason... what else would you guys add? arno0940
I would actually have down every show that you have already listed...I would also add Carolina Crown 95,04,05 (the contemporary/legandary pop hits they brought to the field along with their unique visual book for the brass and percussion, aside from marching - is trend breaking. I can't wait to see the horses leave the gate this year. Oh and for '95 - 32 giant chess peices...enough said.

Take your pick from '76, '84, '86, '88, '94, '97, '99 Yeah, I know, I left them off because I am not as familiar with them as I should be... Good list here. Medeabrass
Are we talking Bachelor's or Master's?
mknight96
Good point. We probably need a four-year curriculum. Plus graduate degrees.
