Is the laughter amplified?

Yeah, and it sounds REALLY deep. Almost too deep to be undistorted. It's spot-on laughter.

They need to work on refining what exactly is going on in the show, though--seems very choppy all the way through, and adding narration like that doesn't help.

And who hasn't heard it yet?

YOU!

Don't make a judgment before you hear it.

And who are you to TELL me not to make a judgement? That's right - nobody.....

I don't have to hear it. ALL amplified voice - be it narration or laughter is bad by default. There is no place for amplified voice in Drum Corps. Enough said!!

Typical stuff on DCP. Criticizing before even seeing or in this case, even hearing it.

Bluecoats have narration in their program and nobody has a problem with it and most have heard it. BD is adding a sound effect, some devilish laughter, which was just added, and 95% of the board hasn't heard it at all and is jumping all over the Devs.

Why can't we just love drum corps?

The Blue Devils are adding some vocals to their show(not like cadets lol)

During the part where they are playing "space chords" and the drum line is snaking through the whip, they are adding devilish laughs. I'm not sure if it will be just one person, a couple of people, or the entire corps. It should be interesting.

Sounds like the Bluecoats got the last laugh yesterday.

It sounds like an intriguing effect not having anything in common with Cadets' hokier-than-thou narration.

I'm sorry you've closed your mind off to new experiences.
