Once again I want to thank the Local DCA Committee for all their hard work putting together the upcoming Championships. IF you are on this list and have made some arrangements that we don't know about please communicate this back to me. And IF you made your own arrangements I wish you would have told us that by now!! Once again the DCA Headquarters will be the Rochester Plaza on State Street. So here goes..... PS... The huge Hotel that is downtown that was the Clarion is now the Radission Down Town. There's something cooking for Thursday night at Victor involving a little corps from Indiana and MCL for those wanting to get their drum corps fix a day earlier than I&E. More to come later.
