I thought Marksmen also, but before that Newburgh Criterions and before that, Empire State Grennies or Berkshire Marauders, hence the V. Ratford comment. Don't think Marksmen wore hats like that, thought they always had shakos. Those cop hats always remind me of upstate NY corps. But, is that a Springfield rifle on his shoulder??? Well, are you saying the "INTER"esting is off the "Mark", and the Vinnie Ratford conection is not correct also?. Or Both? Maybe I need to "Spring" over to another Corps?
